Nomination and Application Process

The University of Miami’s Provost Search Committee is chaired by Henri Ford, M.D., M.H.A., dean and chief academic officer, for the Miller School of Medicine. The full membership of the Provost Search Committee can be found here.

The search committee will review all candidates for the position of Provost and will recommend the strongest candidates for final consideration. Individuals nominated and those who wish to apply should provide an electronic version of their curriculum vitae, and a bullet point summary of all leadership roles held, the scope of their responsibilities, and their accomplishments in each role. Review of nominations and applications for the position will commence immediately and continue until the position is filled. References will not be contacted without the prior knowledge and approval of the candidate. All candidate information will be held in strict confidence until an announcement of the new Provost is made.
